Built by people who know the river
ActivityLedger started with a simple frustration — adventure operators do hard, seasonal work, then lose hours arguing over who earned what. We’re here to end that.
Why we built ActivityLedger
Adventure companies in the hills run on trust and cash — a WhatsApp booking here, a driver’s cut there, an agent’s commission, fuel and permits, and at the end of a long season a pile of receipts and a lot of guesswork about who takes home what.
We watched owners and their partners fall out over numbers that a spreadsheet was never going to settle. So we built a ledger that lives where the work happens: log a booking in seconds, let commissions and expenses attach themselves, and split the net between owners in a single tap — the same source of truth for everyone.
Every booking, commission and payout — in one clear ledger. No arguments.
The principles behind the product
A few things we won’t compromise on, whatever we build next.
Operators first
Built for people running trips in the field — not for a boardroom. If it doesn’t help on the ground, it doesn’t ship.
Every rupee traceable
No black boxes. Every booking, commission and expense is visible and reconciled, so the numbers are never in doubt.
Fair splits, always
Owners see exactly what they’re owed, down to the rupee — so partnerships stay partnerships.
Works where you work
Riverbanks, launch sites and everywhere between — not a desk. The app is light, fast and built to be used one-handed with a phone in the sun.
Come run your season with us
We’re a small team, and ActivityLedger is opening up to its first operators. If that could be you, we’d genuinely like to hear how you run your season.
