Delete your account

You can delete your ActivityLedger account at any time, from inside the mobile app — you do not need to contact us:

• Open the app and go to Profile.
• Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
• Confirm by typing DELETE in the box (pasting is disabled), then confirm.

The deletion is immediate and permanent. If you can't access the app, email us at hello@activityledger.appfrom your account's email address and we will process the deletion for you.

What is removed depends on your role:

• If you own the company, deleting your account first removes every user you invited, then permanently deletes the company and all of its data — bookings, customers, drivers, agents, commissions, expenses, reports and payout settings — and finally your own account and profile.
• If you were invited (a co-owner or booking manager), deleting your account removes only your own user and profile. The company and its data remain with the other owners.

Your login credentials are destroyed and any active sessions are revoked. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

When you delete your account, your data is removed from the live service immediately and purged from our encrypted backups within 30 days. After that:

• We may retain a minimal record of the transaction where we are required to by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations), for no longer than the law requires.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us — cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account separately. See our Refund Policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not keep a usable copy of your bookings or reports after the purge window.
